Hello Your ultrasound finding suggests enlarged uterus with three large fibroids in the uterus with multiple small fibroids in uterine wall . Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus and its treatment depend upon many things like age,symptoms,family is completed or not. Fibroid can be managed by conservative means or by surgery. It need proper evaluation. You need evaluation by a gynecologist. Findings may also suggest PCOD(poly cystic ovarian disease). PCOD is indicated by increased ovarian size,increased stromal echogenesity,multiple small cysts arranged in periphery. You may need further evaluation.PCOD should be confirmed by clinical correlation,biochemical confirmation and USG correlation. Most of the cases of PCOD are managed conservatively.I suggest for medical management first. Surgical intervention is required in few cases only. Get well soon. Take care Dr.Indu Bhushan
